Sorry I don’t update this more often; I try to keep this blog filled with “Clean” art and due to commission demand, I haven’t done alot of that lately. Granted this DOES have nudity, I don’t feel it’s too adult to post.
I decided I wanted to try the gradient/cell shading style of digital work again after having been very forlorn over my “soft-shaded” work. Something about it just doesn’t click, So instead of practicing I did the lazy thing and fell back into an old style.
I actually haven’t done this style of digital work in years; I admit it’s kind of fun but I’m not sure if I like the end results. Overall, I feel it looks too much like Evana’s work, and I don’t want to feel like I’m mimicking her. She’s been a great friend and inspiration of the years, and I feel a lot of my style has come from that. I’ve been trying to break out of that for years but I find myself having a difficult time.
